Return & Refund Policy

At AM Design, every personalized product is made to order with care. Please read our policy before placing your order.

Customized Products

Because our products are personalized with your names, photos, artwork, or custom designs, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized products
  • Custom phone cases
  • Personalized keychains
  • Customized flasks
  • Acrylic signs
  • UV printed products
  • Gift items made to order

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
