Many of our products are custom-made and personalized based on customer-provided information, including names, photos, logos, and artwork.

Colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the final printed product due to monitor settings and printing processes.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate personalization details.
Reviewing all spellings, names, dates, and uploaded artwork before placing an order.
Ensuring they have permission to use any images, logos, or designs they upload.

AM Design is not responsible for customer-provided errors after production has begun.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Payment

Payment is required before production begins.

Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization.

6. Order Processing

Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be modified or canceled.

7. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of AM Design.

8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customized products are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, graphics, logos, photographs, and artwork created by AM Design remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce or resell our original designs without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AM Design shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
