Custom Orders

Personalized items are produced after your order is placed. Please make sure all names, photos, spelling, and design details are correct before submitting your order.

Shipping Delays

AM Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
